All About Reiki
and Holistic Health

Have you ever thought "how to start my spiritual journey"? Look no further, you will learn everything you need here!

What’s happening to the world?

The world we live in is undergoing radical changes. Just look around and you will see the truth. Storms and earth upheavals are unprecedented. Economics are faltering. Businesses are failing. Wars and disease and famine are taking an awesome toll. Some have predicted that we are in the end times.

You are witnessing the birth of the new earth. The earth of the future will be a place of peace, prosperity and unity. Before the new earth can form though, the old earth has to fall away. Before you can live in the new earth you need to become a new, lighter being – one who has released the heavy fear and judgment and pain that has been carried for much too long.

5 Reiki Principles

The First Reiki Principle: Just for Today, I Will Not Worry
This principle is all about living in the present moment and letting go of worry and stress. When you worry, you are only focused on the future and what might happen. This can prevent you from enjoying the present moment and can lead to anxiety and other health problems.

The Second Reiki Principle: Just for Today, I Will Not Anger
Anger is another negative emotion that can prevent you from enjoying the present moment. It can also lead to health problems such as high blood pressure and heart disease. If you find yourself getting angry, try to take a few deep breaths and focus on the positive things in your life.

The Third Reiki Principle: Just for Today, I Will Do My Work Honestly
This principle is about being honest with yourself and others. It’s important to always stay true to your values and beliefs. When you are honest with yourself and others, you will find that life is much more rewarding.

The Fourth Reiki Principle: Just for Today, I Will Give Thanks for My Many Blessings
This principle is all about gratitude. When you are grateful for what you have, you will attract more good things into your life. Make it a point to each day think of at least three things that you are grateful for. This could be something as simple as your bed or your favorite food. As I always say “wear gratitude like a cloak“.

The Fifth Reiki Principle: Just for Today, I Will Be Kind to Every Living Thing
This final principle is about compassion. It’s important to be kind not only to other people but also to animals and the environment. When you show compassion to others, they will often reciprocate. This can create a ripple effect of kindness that can make the world a better place.

These five Reiki principles are crucial in order for you to begin feeling your personal energy and opening up your spirit. These should be kept in you like a mantra and will help you also receive divine guidance.

What is Reiki?

A unique and highly efficient healing system developed by Dr. Mikao Usui

Reiki utilises divine energy that can be channeled by each one of us to bring healing to patients. It also has tremendous positive effects on its practitioners.

What is Holistic Healing?

Taking into consideration
Mind, Body and Soul

Holistic health is simply a life approach that considers the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. Starting a holistic life begins with increasing your awareness of all aspects of your being and making choices that will help you to be more centered and balanced.

It’s also called Zen Holistic Healing because its goal is to help a person with manifesting inner peace, much like the gurus achieve eventually.

The power and meaning of colors is a very deep science

Crown Jewels and the Importance of Parables to Spiritual Growth

Once upon a time there was a beautiful queen who gave birth to a princess. The queen loved the princess more than life, and worried every moment that some terrible thing would happen to her (it never did). The queen was always afraid that the kingdom would come under siege and they would loose everything (didn’t happen). But eventually the queen did die, and bequeathed all the jewels that had adorned her body for many years to her beloved child. The daughter wore the jewelry all the time – it was so beautiful and had belonged to her wonderful mother. The daughter was always fearful and anxious, usually for no apparent reason – more so every time there was a state dinner, and she wore the crown. End of story

The Most Difficult Thing In The World – Facing Personal Flaws

I could have titled this ‘Getting To Know Ourselves Better” or “Admitting When We Are Wrong” or “Taking the Blame for What We Did Without Making Excuses” – it all boils down to the same thing. We’re not perfect. Try as we might, we will never get everything right in the dimension we live in. We have lower dimensional bodies. They don’t work in the space of perfection. Earth is school. You don’t do everything right in school. You only really learn from making mistakes. Hopefully you learn to do it better the next time. What differs greatly from person to person is the willingness to learn, and to do better, and to get it right. Some people are trying really hard. Some people aren’t trying at all. Some people care and some don’t. I happen to be one who cares greatly. I want to learn all I can about the truth, and what things I do that are beneficial and what aren’t. If I am doing something wrong, I want to know. If I could do something better, I want to know. If I am misguided I want to know. If I could be more loving I want to know. If I could be more honest I want to know. If I have changes to make I am willing to make them. How about you? Do you want to know? Are you ready to give up a lot of preconceived ideas of right and wrong and be open to real truth? God’s truth? You may have spent your whole life in church convinced you know the truth and are living an exemplary life. Are you willing to admit that maybe you are wrong about that? Believing with certainty that our truth is the only truth, and that we have it right and others have it wrong can be a fatal flaw that keeps us stuck. We may be right – but we may be wrong. Are you willing to look, and examine, and accept what comes if it is in complete opposition to what you have believed so far? Religion is a great example of absolute belief. When huge amounts of people are absolutely certain that they have the truth, and that huge amounts of other people are absolutely wrong, we have a problem. There is a fatal flaw here. Nobody is all right. Nobody is all wrong. There are many different ways to define what God is – what makes you so sure that your definition is the right one? I don’t have your answers for you today. Only questions. Can you admit that maybe you are wrong? Can you admit that lifelong beliefs may be based on misinformation? I try my best, week after week, to present you with truth – but at the end of the day it is my truth. I haven’t come to it lightly, only after a lot of study and self-examination and absolute desire on my part to be in compliance with God’s will. Absolute truth is probably still out there somewhere unavailable because of our earth status. But how about you? Are you trying your best? Do you study and examine? Are you facing personal flaws? Do you have a desire to be in compliance with God’s will, even if it differs from your own? Only you know the answers to those questions, and only you can do the searching, but I hope in some small way I can inspire you to try. There is nothing for your soul to gain by living with a lie. Many Blessings,

What’s happening to you?

We’re in the middle of a huge expansion of consciousness in our world.

It took a giant leap forward with the internet several years ago, and it’s growing exponentially. Never before have you had more information, more choices, more opportunities, and therefore more responsibilities, more stress, and more anxiety.

Never before have so many things that you used to count on fail before your very eyes. Never before have you had as many opportunities to re-create your life: your beliefs, your environment, your activities, your health, your joys and passions, your employment – everything that is you.

Who is behind all this?
